We’re Caitlyn and Lynden, a husband-and-wife duo based in Melbourne, Australia. What started as a shared love for good beans and better brews turned into the full blown roasting adventure that is Sndy Coffee!
We’re deeply involved in every step (and probably drinking too much coffee along the way).
From carefully choosing beans we’re excited about, to roasting them right here in Melbourne.
We are all about keeping things simple, consistent, and delicious.
At the end of the day, we roast coffee we love to drink and we hope you love drinking it too.

We choose to work with producers who care as deeply about coffee as we do. Great coffee is the result of intention, skill and attention at every stage, so we partner with people who are always refining their craft, challenging what’s possible and thinking beyond the current harvest.
Each season, we collaborate closely with our partners tasting, selecting and learning from the latest crops to continually raise the bar. We thoughtfully choose our coffees to ensure that every purchase supports sustainable growth and creates lasting positive change for coffee-growing communities. Fair treatment of workers and long-term sustainability aren’t optional, they’re fundamental.
With every sip, we aim to make a real social impact. When a coffee arrives at our roastery it carries more than flavour, it represents an ongoing conversation between growers and drinkers.
